Personally, I have had the privilege of being partnered in guiding clients in financing over $130 million of real estate in the Metro-DC area in two years. The Robert Rudd Team constantly ranks in the Top 1% of lenders in America year after year. More importantly to me, our business is built upon trusted referrals and past client's word of mouth who have had a wonderful experience utilizing our team to further their homeownership dreams.
Rob has been fortunate to spend his entire professional career working in the mortgage industry. After graduating from The University of Virginia In 2003, he started as an assistant to a top producer and became an enthusiastic and diligent student of the trade. In early 2004, he was given the opportunity to grow his own business. Within a few months, Rob knew he had found his passion. He understood how blessed he was to help create home ownership for families, and woke in the morning excited to educate and serve. By December he was named Rookie of the Year for a mortgage company that had over 5000 employees. Rob has qualified for The President’s Club every year since, while consistently growing his volume. He has also been included in the Top 1% of mortgage originators in America every year since 2011. In 2016, he was named one of the top 42 rising stars under 35 in the mortgage business and featured in the “Young Guns” issue of Mortgage Professional America.

Rob also takes significant pride in his team. His team allows Rob to deliver a consistently amazing experience to his clients and business partners. Their mission is to provide a more educated, wealth building, better communicated, and more confident home buying experience. Rob continues to polish his listening skills at home where he has the joy of spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their overly energetic golden doodle. On the weekends you can find Rob with his girls cooking, playing yard games, playing guitar, working out at Crossfit, reading, golfing, painting, cheering for the Caps/Nats/Skins/UVA basketball, and occasionally helping his daughters make a shampoo mohawk.

While Christian raves about his hometown you will constantly find him planning trips far and away from the DC-Metro area. Some of his favorite travels have included Switzerland, Belize and Iceland (nothing beats a midnight sunset). Like many local D.C. residents, Christian has endured the ups and many downs of being a lifelong D.C. sports fanatic. He also loves his daily CrossFit workouts, cooking a great meal and finding time away to hike the country trails with a great book. Christian currently resides in Arlington, Virginia with his fiance Laura.
